problems with minetest

the problem is, the minetest is running in 10 fps, idk what is the problem, is low memory or what?

Do you have anything else running in the background? Also, are you using a texture pack?

only the minecraft texture, and i close all windows and programs

Putting "video_driver = direct3d9" or "video_driver = direct3d8" into your minetest configuration file could help. but I haven't tried it.
