Display name of "Unknown Item" in tooltips for debugging

by lightonflux » Mon Jan 20, 2014 14:41

If you find an "Unknown Item" it is often really hard to remember or discover where the block comes from etc.

It would be helpful if MT would display the name of the Item.

The tooltips should display

"Unknown item: stairsplus:slab_stone"

Would simplify debugging.

There was something like a super-pickaxe (?) which (if I remember correct) can show the node name.

info_item shows the name of the item in hand.
info_above shows the name of the node you are standing in.
info_under shows the name of the node you are standing on.

It nice that there is a mod. But if you have a problem you should need a separate mod for debugging :)

Code it, that's not a difficult thing.
