[Feature request] Mouse control settings

As far as I know, you can only reconfigure keyboard keys in the control settings. I would like to have the ability to remap my mouse buttons, too. At least left, middle and right mouse button.
I'm running kubuntu and tried remapping mouse buttons with xbindkeys and xte; it is working well in "normal" desktop applications like konsole, dolphin or firefox. But when i start Minetest, it seems like xbindkeys has no power there.

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

Would this change benefit users using the mouse on the left hand side? Seems like an obvious choice if so.

I wonder why he even bothers to work on the engine when he has such serious issues with the community.

Jordach is joking. I don't think he contributes to the engine at all (I can't remember any pull requests from him, he mostly focuses on bfd)

Well, I saw the issue that was made on GitHub. Of course, it will probably take a few months in order for the requested changes to be made (if they are ever made, since the issue is (gulp) low (gulp) priority (gulp.))
