As you know local ip changes on computer reconnect to network. So it could be usefull to improve detecting local games automaticly instead of adding manual.

It is possible to set a fixed internal IP address for a specific device, look at your router's settings.

^^ What Calinou said is the easiest way. Usually it is called IP reservation and is under the LAN settings in your router. You set it there that the specific mac adress ( from the server pc ) get the same ip everytime and no other device gets that ip.
