FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I hope this isn't extremely ignorant of me, but are there any one way doors in minetest or a mod that anyone knows of? Specifically, I am looking for doors that can be opened from one side, but not the other. It would be even better if it was self-closing thus forcing the player into a path without a way back. It is a mechanism I would like to use in our educational server and I might try to create a mod myself if needed, but I don't want to re-invent the wheel.

You could use a locked steel door and one of the x-decor (mechanism) levels to open to get in, but not out again.

* Send-only teleporter
* hole in floor / trapdoor behind the door
* pressure plate / sensor for closing
* Mod the common door to ignore right-click from one side

Also, building traps like this is a good way to train ninjas,
and encourage teamwork :)
