Some griefers are dropping a lot of objects on our server :

It should be part of the Build Perm's I do agree.
If Celeron doesn't get round to it by the time I have finished my to-do list I will add it in myself.

Fixed. Now in repository, will be in next release. Release date unknown. It is a server-side fix though, so no need to update clients for it to take effect.
