The wiki mentions ladders http://celeron.55.lt/minetest/wiki/doku.php?id=ladder. I can't build them as described in http://celeron.55.lt/minetest/wiki/doku.php?id=crafting#ladder, so which update did I miss?

You havn't missed an update, Ladders will be in the next release.
You can download the Latest code and compile it and you will have ladder then though I don't recommend using them on server

They are already included in the unstable version.

They were on the Gameboom server so I added them to the wiki.
