Minetest Ventrilo Server

The community is big and i thought to myself in the morning, why not have a ventrilo server for minetest? So i went on and got a trial for a ventrilo server. Its a trial because i want to see if people will use it at all, cause i didn't want to invest in something that will just be there.

Currently there are channels for 5 servers, but i can add more if requested, and add other channels like mods channel, etc...

So if this ventrillo server is used by a decent amount of people then i will go on a buy a server that would hold a great amount of people. Cause the trial only allows up to 10.

Please give some feedback on this.

Good idea. Ventrilo fills the gap of player chat that wont be in MT core for a long time (if ever).

Why not mumble?? I use linux and would not have access to vent.

And it's open source and runs on all platforms , like MT, available with commercial servers or free to use personal servers.

I agree with Shadowmang : using Mumble will be a great improvment of the pleasure of gaming ;
because using "T" kill current action in game (even acts like walking)

I think too, tchat function must stay part of MT because , by default, it is a cool feature.
