Torches facing the Camera

It's been bugging me for a little while, it's not that big of a deal. But I might just come out and say it.

Now I'm only talking about the ceiling and floor torches, not the wall. The torch sprites (I think) should face the camera at all times so they don't look flat when looking at them from the side.

Dropped items always face the camera. I don't see why the torches don't.

This is just a minor suggestion. If there's a clear reason why it doesn't, then I can understand.

Or maybe torch can use a cross-sprite-models like some vegetation . Not completely facing camera , not completely flat , but always visible :) !

+1 The torches are still an anoying bug. A good feature at the same point would be, when lit torches in the hand would spend light, so you can hold a torch and walk through a cavern / cave /dungeon - and see something.

I know it's part of a fork. But imagine, you go through a dark cavern in RL and your torch wouldn't spend light, while you hold it in your hand ...
It's good it's part of a fork, but that feature is basic. It should be part of the main branch ...
