I am probably not going to set one up, but if somebody else wants to, feel free to create a new wiki with multiple languages.
If it contains the english stuff too, then my wiki will be left only to serve the developers.
If somebody sets that up, you need to prepare for keeping it up for the foreseeable future and in emergency hand it to someone who can continue. Otherwise everyone will be very disappointed.
As for the forum, maybe I could create a section for discussion in other languages. Should I? Then, if some language floods that section too much, they can go and set up their own forum.

so, i know a lot of people, who wants to play minetest, but don't know english language.

I agree and hope that all who can speak english even a bit will continue using this forum, in english.

They could use Google Language Tools
http://www.google.com/language_tools to convert the wiki to the language they speak.
