Oh God. Mese is about to become crystals. Vote +1 on not having crystal form.

Yea, mese crystals is shit, thanks for that mod.

Considering some basic crystallography, mese shouldn't be a crystal since neither a microsoft messaging program nor 55 carbons(C55) can properly crystallize. The 55 carbons part is based on some simple back-of-the-envelope calculations, so I'll need to check it later.

mese crystals allow more variety to the game a weak mese pick has fragments while a strong one has blocks

Mese crystals are a bad choice. What about a mese lump & ingot? I voted for that.

But mese crystals are different from other lumps and stuff because mese is special.

I'm for reverting it back to the way it was for ages.

I guess.

I think, that it shouldn't be a mese crystal nor an ingot and not even a block! I think it should be something more creative!

Diamond is a carbon structure.
It is made completely out of carbon.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DiamondCarbon is the material of the future, in the near future it may be possible
to make carbon wires that are strong enough to connect a sattelite with the earth:
an elevator to space.

Indeed so, but mese is yellow, and carbon wouldn't be that specific in its light diffraction. Its bandgap is just too big, if we pretend we will allow an impurity. And a messenger program has NO bandgap, unless it lags. :)

Mese is a fictional compound - why does it have to be based on carbon anyway? Besides, maybe it's related to sapphire in its chemical composition? Those can be yellow.

Carbon has so many fun allotropes, that a fictional compound with craggly letters on it would be possible, but it CANNOT be yellow due to carbon liking large bandgaps in crystals.
