You should be able to list a persons IP through the LUA API so that you can have things like polls and money without people repeatedly logging on and off with different accounts to spam stuff, or make things unfair.

What about IPv6 tunnel brokers/dynamic IP addresses? A range-based method is a bad idea since multiple players could be in the same renge.
