Is there any way in the latest 0.3 stable build?

Only way I'm aware of is by banning IP. However it isn't too difficult to bypass an IP ban.

Still, it takes some time. It says the ipban command doesn't exist though.

I've not used the IP ban feature in Minetest so can't comment. However it only takes maybe 2-5 minutes to bypass IP ban.
