Everything to creative inventory

Make the game scan included mods for nodes, crafts and tools and add them all to the creative inventory, not by including it by additional code in every mod.

As of now, they don't all fit in there (as you should have noticed) and thus it requires some kind of a new GUI for creative mode, which is not coming very soon I guess.

(well, it is coming as soon as somebody gets their ass up and makes a good one.)

You mean creative invetory needs some 'pages'? Yes, I haven't thought about that.
