I wonder that there is no MTForge
Why is it?
You mean, can not be made for some constraint?

There is no Forge for Minetest because minetest has a modding api. Also Forge wouldn't be made for restrictions because
1) Why would we want to restrict what we can do?(we wouldn't have mods like mobf, paramat's land generation mods,etc.)
2)With restrictions there would be no growth. The modding api is continuously being added to to make the game better.
