Hello
I think it would be great if the local Server could run pre and post execution scripts so p could clean up for example some things before the server starts or when he is shutted down.
they should be executed before loading the first and after shutting down the last mod.
Thanks,
JPR

I don't get why Linux does not use batch scripts. Batch scripts are the ultimate programming language. They are even better than HTML and CSS as a programming language!

Yup because HTML is just a Markup Language and CSS is a styling language.

Eh, because they are made for windows? You can't really compare CSS and HTML to a programming language.

Do I need to add "may contain trolls and/or wind ups" to the end of all my posts?

No, just add to the signature, that does it too.

Hi
I could rename minetestserver and put an script in that would do the things and runs the renamed minetest but this makes updates notably complexer.
I have to do that for minetest now because my system don“t lice the libs that minetestserver wants in the right folder. And I dont want the using, building and installing overly complex.
till then,
