FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I just wanted to know, how do you make ice? It's available in creative mode (it's the really really white stuff) and someone used it as a border in a survival server, so I want to know.

How do you craft/find it?

The white stuff in creative mode is "cloud" (although the clouds in the sky aren't made of that material). Given appropriate rights you can get a stack of them with the command: /giveme cloud 9

Ice, on the other hand, is part of the seasons mod. Wait until it is winter, then surface water will quickly freeze. Break the ice or wait until spring and it will be fluid again. Ice doesn't decrease friction yet.
