Sorry if I re-ask a question, but I am looking for an alternative to transportations (boats, flying veicals, minecarts, etc.)? I have found on this forum that there are no minecarts, however are there any other way to speed up transportation?

There are boats in Minetest NeXt and Carbone

Minecarts exist. PilzAdam made a mod, called "carts". Google will help you.

A variety of transportation mods:
boats: viewtopic.php?id=4016
helicopter: viewtopic.php?id=6183
minecarts: viewtopic.php?id=2451
monorail: viewtopic.php?id=730

There are also a couple other mods I know: [cars] and [flyingmachine]. However, I haven't tested the former, and the latter is rather complicated, with no craft recipe for the controller and detailed requirements for how the machine has to be built.

The UFO mod is great when you also have some sort of floating islands map generator installed; so you can use your UFO to explore them. ^_^

There are also several teleportation mods, but I never seriously used them.

If you just want to get somewhere quick (without having to load the area inbetween), there are also a number of teleportation mods to select from. One of these is my travelnet mod (see links below).

Thanks for reminding me to switch it on. I had apparently turned it off earlier. Hope it works now.
