Water physics

Why did you choose minecraft water physics? It's now realistic at all. I'd try to make DF-like one.

ah, have you cutted down a tree? cause it isnt realistic at all too :). Actually the water is more realistic :)
It works and it's faster (AFAIK) though I would like bucket to make waterfalls from my big tower (currently WIP)

Things have limitations, I wouldn't want to see fluid water, I like it where it's at now.

But it's fluid IRL and I like to see my shaft flooding when I accidentally digged out a hole to the sea :)

It still gets flooded now. What if on a place of the map you've not gone to look at yet has too much water? Fluid would mean the world's water would react in real time to what you do.

If you kept blocking out the water around you build it could raise and flood somewhere else.

I have dig out a large hole under the sea but the water spreaded for 2 blocks instead of flooding the whole shaft.
