FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Hi there I have a game I've been working on for some time now since old mintest 0.10 r 11. Each time minetest got an update I moved and corrected files each time. I just enjoy making stuff for people. I take no credit for any of the MODs I used in the making of my project. I did how ever edit them all abit but its still their work and they must be respected. :) My game I aimed to be different from Minecraft because I want there to be a new style and look like I just copied from Mojang. I love that game but I think its good to come up with my own ideas so be sure to read the readme file so you'll get to know how things work. :) I hope yall think its at least decent to play. Have fun everyone. Oh my signature has the game link but I do plan to post that link when I upload some screen shots for yall. :) Just bare with me Im using a phone to upload all of this and its speed data is out so its slow as an old man. XD

Oh well thank you very much for saying that. :) I did my best I have an old windows XP so things ran slow and it was depressing so I tried thinking of others out there who may have to deal with a slow machine. So I worked on alot of the mods to try and keep the best of each one respectfully to the original creators so that their work could shine too. :) see im the type that gives credit and not go off pretending its all mine. Without the Mods it would be nothing but an empty retextured game. I hope everyone will see that I did try my best being someone who doesnt know alot of scriptting codes. I pretty much tought myself by working with the older models of minetest all the way up until now. :)

Thank you for the nice comment. :) I had no way to tell anybody about this project I started years ago. Im not ritch so i dont own fancy hardware r have internet im lucky when i can use this phone or that project still wouldn't be here. :/

I want to let everybody know Im not online on Saturdays or Sundays due to I share a phone with my little brother and Fridays like today, I log off all internet after 7pm just in case people would wonder why im not responding. :)

Make a good game. It actually adds decent mods, the gameplay experience it gives is nice

The main goal is to unlock all achievements
And basical enjoy creating things afterwards. :)

There is a game on Steam called Block Land so it might be good to change the name. Not sure if it really matters but just a heads up :)

Well... I don't know, i really don't care 'bout the name, always that the game be good, is ok :)

Nice sub-game, but a few minor criticisms:

1) You can't craft sticks, the shapeless recipe of the raft overrides the recipe for sticks.
2) Some decorations glow, which noramlly wouldn't, such as potato plants and stones
3) The mobs mod doesn't work with mod security on - I think that this will be enabled by default for minetest 0.4.15

Thank you for your comments. I had arrived to bring an update and I seen this post abouy 15 minutes ago and decided Id take care of your request. :) so its in the process of being uploaded now with many changes as we speak. I wanted to warn everyone that the old link will be destroied and the new link will be posted and also put on my signiture for easy access. ;) Just bare with me my internet is slow on this phone but you will also be pleased to know the download shouldnt take as long this time. I made lots of room at the same time I was adding and shall continue to do so when I have the time.

Huh? Are you talking to me? If so no i cant ever log on to it this phone i have keeps acting up so i just stay on here and only use mediafire for uploading files that way. Im currently building a world for people to play and im gonna do some crazy lets plays

Hello everybody a new update will be coming soon and I added the ability to climb leaves and when you're under trees you can go through them so no more getting stuck under a tree while adventuring and have to keep stopping just to chop leaves out the way. I also been adding more blocks for just creative mod players to add more creativity for people. :) Also ive added an Aqua Flan based from the lava flan and merged it into the creature pack so it actually swims! All this and more coming soon so stay tune friends! :D

Hello everyone! Phew I made it just in time for Halloween as I had planned. :D I made the pumpkins have a much better glowing animation so now you can have your jack o' lanterns! Happy Halloween everybody and please be safe children if you go out tonight. :3
