Gentoo GNU+Linux Ebuild Failure

by AnonymousGentooman » Mon Aug 26, 2013 21:16

Emerging 'games-action/minetest_game-0.4.7' on Gentoo GNU+Linux fails in the compile stage for 'games-action/minetest-0.4.7'.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, I recompiled mesa-progs and mesa with gles2 and that seemed to fix it. Now the problem appears to be libpng.

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.
Code: Select all
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/local/lib64/libpng.so', needed by `/var/tmp/portage/games-action/minetest-0.4.7/work/minetest-0.4.7/bin/minetest'.  Stop.

Nevermind, it was caused by junk I left in my /usr/local/ when I tried getting Shores of Hazeron to work. Thank you for your assistance, sfan5.
