This error keeps popping up in my client server.

ERROR [main] WANING CreatePlayngSoundAt invalid name

only one of my clients suffered.
This is a problem on the server or on the client?
How to solve it?

seems that some items disappear from the inventory. example, there were 99 stones. suddenly are now only 10.
this has something to do?

Also I seem to have to same problem, have not known how to fix it in forever, i tried asking on the forums too, but didn't get the formal correct help.

EDIT: it seems to spam me when im around water or lava

It would be possible to solve it. To teleport the player into a loval longue water?
