ERROR[ConnectionSend] in server

by BrunoMine » Fri Jun 06, 2014 01:02

This is a bug that I see in the log
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.
Code: Select all
ERROR[ConnectionSend]: con(5/1)RunTimeouts(): Peer 43 has timed out. (source=peer->timeout_counter)

The server stands for 8 or 12 seconds and then works normally

SO: Ubuntu
Minetest: 0.4.9 (compiled)

This is a very common bug.

My image and media server is back online and is functioning as normal.

Nope. Some sort of inbuilt debugging regarding server lockups and player timeouts.

Not a bug at all, and that will not slow down the server. Don't worry about it ;)
That happens mostly like when a player is connecting to your server and then give up.
It should not be shown as ERROR, but as INFO. Maybe they will change that.
