Server Problem - It doesn't recognize the serverlist_url

What's happening? sometimes my server appears this error

It doesn't make sense. I want to know if there's a problem with serverlist site, or it's because some mods I've installed. I've installed some new mods today. I need help with this issue.

I installed one mod who supposed to be working, and then I've got this problem. It's weird. Or maybe the admin of serverlist is blocking my ip. I want an answer. It doesn't make any sense.
