hi i have upgraded my mine test to 0.4.dev-20120606
and it only loads the unknown blocks on all maps

ps: i am running ubuntu precise

Try starting a new map and it should work fine.

... strange .. I do not see the relation between new map(world) and texture format ...

I have the same problem as maxiecool2. In the latest Linux version of Minetest no textures are displayed any more. In the previous version everything worked fine. Also the latest Windows version does not seem to have this issue.

thanks calinou but creating a new map doesnt fix it. ive attempted to re install a both development and stable versions with the same results, currently im able to get the texture running with the delta fork of the game (it happens to be in the repositry) but it has limitations being a version 0.2
