I use both ;O
And lil problem is - when i open once unified invenotory's window, i cant go back int inventory plus GUI...
Any ideas? :D

Unified Inventory takes over the whole menu. That's what it's designed to do. Inventory Plus also takes over the entire menu, then adds an API to allow more pages be added.
Because they both take over the entire menu, that are not compatible. Sorry, but you'll have to chose which you want more.
