Hello everyone. I am here with some information with people with sound bugs, here are some of the reasons why people have no/crackly sound:

Old PC, No OpenAL Version Installed (or outdated), (please put more down below if there are more)

Usually Downloading OpenAL does the trick. I have provided a download link for OpenAL down below. It is virus free and I checked it before uploading it. :)

Don't copy only the .dll, just install "OpenAL" (it's an opensource and free sounds library, Minetest use it. OpenAl is like OpenGL but for sounds)

step by step :

(i have a french windows and a chrome navigator for the example)

1) left mouse click on the link => http://yourls.qbuissondebon.info/1g
2) accept the warning, it's normal

3) left mouse click "oalinst.exe" and after, left mouse click "Telecharger"

I think your OpenAL isn't the latest version

And, normally there is no problem with OpenAL

Ah thanks Minetestforfun, I just found that OpenAL version lying around on my computer (I have a load of crappy fiels on my pc). And no problem Esteban. :)
