You don't need to transform a map. You find in the "worlds"-directory a directory with the name of your map. If its a singleplayer map, you can zip (or tar.gz) the directory and upload it here.
If it is a multiplayer map, you should delete all entries in the auth.txt bevor the zipping that are not singleplayer so there no password-hashs in the download.
The worlds-directory is under Linux in the minetest-directory or in the .minetest-directory in your home. (I don't know how it is at windows or mac)
If your .zip-File is VERY VERY big, you can ask me for a script to thrink it.
