Using latest minetest and Linux Mint OS, only the keys 3, 9, and 0 on the numberpad are interpreted as numbers by minetest at any time. The rest are interpreted as whatever other function they do when numlock is off. In versions predating 0.4.8, the numberpad works fine, so whatever was changed regarding keyboard input is probably what is causing this problem.
