This is my minetest.conf file (the part with the anounce).

Is my server banned, or do I something wrong?

Did you try these settings yet?

Also, does your build have cURL support?
If not, compile it with cURL and try again.

My server is in a virtual machine (I'm using kvm). I share my server with other people.
My Port inside the vm:

Is this setting used in the anounce?

EDIT:
I use the builds from launchpad (daily). I don't know whether they have cURL support (but I think so).

Look for lines in the terminal that look like 'announcong to serverlist'.

He says that and not more about the announce. (Thats from the latest log file I have. Since this time the server runs.)

Who administrates this server? celeron55?
My only idea is that I'm banned.

Do not set serverlist_url setting unless you know what you're doing, check whether it works when omitting the setting.

@sfan5 It still doesn't work.

I think I should say that I had a Server and by mistake there was server_announce = true but a default_password was set. The server should be private. I didn't try to find the server in the server list. So I think that the complete server (titan.jahnson.de / 78.46.118.52) is banned now. I think I should say this earlier.

Can somebody help me (at this point)?

Does it help if I say that when I try to access titan.jahnson.de or 78.46.118.52 on a web browser the connection timeouts?

No that helps not, sorry.
There is no web server on it.
And port 80 is not open.
