Cannot Login to Local World (0.4.dev-20120318)

I just downloaded the new build 0.4.dev-20120318, and I cannot get it to log in to a new local world. I have never logged in with this version before, and I am trying to make a new world. When I attempt to make the new world, it shows no errors but the new world never shows up in the world list. I know this must not be the case for everyone, since other people who are posting problems are posting about problems within the game world, and I cannot even get past the hub to the game world.

Is the directory read only?

I suppose it could be, I put it in my Program Files.
My error code in the Command Line Window behind it is as follows:
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

Ohh, must be a incompatible file such as a thumbs.db

thumbs.db is made by windows to make thumbnails of images, its normal.
