[fixed][0.4.13] Waterlily in water above sand bug

MT 0.4.13 + carbone-ng (but it feels like it is in default setup too). At map generation when the sand below water is present waterlillies will generate on water and have blocks directly below them look like dirt one.

That's because waterlilies are generated as schematics (consisting of dirt + water source + waterlily).

Already been reported, fixed in git and now waterlilies are spawned over dirt pools / oceans only.

Already been reported, fixed in git and now waterlilies are spawned over dirt pools / oceans only.


Oh, I suspected it was fixed somewhere in git, but don't remember exact commit, so I posted it here (to be sure).
