I tested the command /emergesblocks but this did not cause any block.

He must have a similar return to that:
Started emerge of area ranging from ...
Finished emerging n blocks in ...

But the only return we have is:
Started emerge of area ranging from ...

No block is generated even if you wait five minutes.

I used some scripts to verify that the block was loaded and always returned "ignore" to the coordinates where it should have been generated new blocks.
This is a critical error in minetest?

Perhaps the area is too large? Can you test with a small area, one or two blocks large?

Also, do you use lua mapgen?

I use the mapgen v6 version 0.4.13 unchanged.
I tested a size 100x100x100.
Anyway. The command returned no warning and that is unusual. If I had the coordinated never take five minutes to generate the map.

/emergeblocks doesn't work in 0.4.13 yet...

This type of situation is very bad. The version 0.4.13 is not complete, but has been released for a long time.
