I create a new world with mapgen v7 and some mods, but it is really dark in some spots. Is v7 incompatible with mods like plantslife?

You can use the moretrees option to place trees as saplings, this still causes subtle shadows in water though.

MGM, but I think it is not only an moretrees bug. I saw this also without moretrees, but very rarely

It's dark in mapgen v7
