Server issue

Is there a way to run servers on windows? i was trying to figure it out but i kept running into an issue with --server --dstream-on-stderr
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.
Code: Select all
ERROR:[main]: Unknown command-line parameter "--dstream-on-stderr"

and then a list of allowed options and no matter how i use them i can't create a server!

it's very annoying :/

Remobo is good, hamachi limits to five connections, and im not sure about the server with minetest. i use remobo, and it still works with the current build.

Even if you have remobo or hamachi, you still have to run minetest server, they are diferent things, not alternatives...

Yeah. That new world system requires it.

Although it's far better than the old system of changing that world folder.

Minecraft (almost) uses the same things that Minetest now uses.

I can't even think of 0.1 map usage.

But now celeron has this over and done with so he and Karhl can work on the engine.
