For some reason,i cant seem to take a picture when the extended chat is out(F12) ,is this just me?

no i think it does not work...

When you use the chat maybe the screenshot function doesn't work because some reason likely you are typing and maybe Minetest can't take your function because you are typing and some functions don't going to work when you are in chat (except commands with "/")

Oh ok that solves it
