Changing textures of a server?

I want to change the textures of various mods, however, can not directly change the media files of the mods (to avoid outdated mods).
Apparently, texture packs do not change the textures sent by the server.
Is there any way to accomplish this?

Then you need to modify the mods that have the sounds and meshes, try watching in the folders of the mod and modify everything you need to modify (Justly make a backup if something goes wrong)... By far I don't know about any function likely "textures" for sounds or meshes.
