* there is enough free RAM - I'm monitoring CPU-usage and Memory with ProcessExplorer
* plain Minetest v0.4.14 - no mods, no textures, singleplayer.
* I can play around with the dev-version over the weekend

I installed your minetest_161019-dev, played a bit, and got the same crash
while crafting/moving stuff around the inventory. From debug.txt:

Edit:
Now I got another crash, this time with verbose logging.

During a mining-session, I wanted to repair my pickaxe.
The crafting-grid still had 3 stacks of stones, so I needed to move them out.
Moving the first stack went well, moving the 2nd stack crashes.
Both times using shift-click for moving.

It looks like the program did quite a lot of cleanup after the crash,
so it should be possible to write some more lines with infos into the logfile
when running at lower logging levels.

Also, how about automatically naming logfile and dumpfile with timestamps, like the screenshots ?
