FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I am relatively new to Minetest and have more experience with the more stable (simple) versions of Minetest such as 3.0. Today I decided to move on and downloaded the newest 0.4. When I went to run the program from the bin file (like usual) I got the error message (MSVCR100.dll not found). I don't know if it has something to do with the new file setup that separates the game engine and what not. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Get this:

anyone having this problem?

I do what you say, but it didn't work. I've Windows XP Profesionnal (32bit, SP3). MineTest 0.3 work in my computer, but 0.4 no :(...

I fixed the problem, I removed the dll and installed again those program

This thing should get fixed in the new vanilla build.

hey i downloaded file from link that jordach posted and installed but im not sure what to do with it the msvcr file is still missing
anyone know what im doing wrong

I downloaded the dll file and put it in the bin folder, that maybe worked partially, 'cause now it gave an error:

I think that its not actually anymore, but I know where you can get missed .dll library file for free http://fix4dll.com/msvcr100_dll you need just download missed file and add it into the right directory follows the instructions, this is the fastest way without installing any additional tools or software. Good luck.
