Your minetest is to old, that version doesnt support sound. Get on celerons blog and get the latest or delete the sound file out of the mod.

I know my minetest is old, but if I put a newer version, it just makes the screen gray.Only gray squares.

You have to delete the version you have now, re download and try again.

You need a better graphics card, I used to have this.
