Hey when Dirext9 For new versions¿?

First of all, it's Directx 9, not Dirext9.
It is still available in the stable 0.3.1 version and some 0.4 builds (non-nightly builds only).
It's not necessarily better, too. OpenGL is far less buggy because it's more "supported" by Irrlicht.
