FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

When I try mining things like coal and iron ore I don't collect any thing

Please help

It could be either lag or full inventory, or a actual bug.

Its not full inventory but it may be a bug

if you try to mine them with your bar hands it will not work. you use a tool for mining ? just a silly question i know, but that was my first problem...i did not use a tool for mining and chooping

I did use a pickax but it still didn't work

Try after disabling "creative mode" in the menu.

You are clicking the items right? you won't pickup the items just by walking over/near them, you have to right (or left can't remember) click them to pick them up.

You do not get any blocks when mining in creative mode, this is normal. Also, you have to use a pickaxe...
