FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Allright, so i get the .Deb package install it through the Natty 11.04 Software center, and it doesn't work, so i reinstall it thinking i need to do that a couple of times, doesn't help. So i'm pretty much stumped on what to do. I've got it instaled, now how do i get it to function? :/

you should go get the repo for daily builds
https://launchpad.net/~minetestdevs/+archive/daily-builds
add the repo in synaptic
then refresh synaptic
search minetest
install minetest
there you go :D
