My minetest is in the last version (0.4.3) and the legacy and mobs folders are there but the monsters don't spawn
Please i need an ansewer I REALLY love minetest but it is so boring without mobs

there are mobs and MobF (formerly Animals) that add animal and monster

no that is not the problem MY PROBLEM IS WHAT MINRTEST DON'T SPAWN THE MONSTERS OR CRASHES I DONT NEED MOBS

Rename the PilzAdam's mobs to: mobs So no PilzAdam and no serial number.

Edit: typo

Edit 2: Download the github version of mobs

Dragonop: the 0.4.x series does not have monsters, animals, dungeon masters, etc. -- they do not come with the game. If you want things like these, you must download an appropriate mod to supply them, such as mobf, simple mobs, critters, etc. and follow the installation instructions for those mods precisely.

Anything like an animal, monster, or other creature that attacks, plays with, follows, or assists you in some manner is generally called a sprite or a mob (which used to stand for "Movable Object Block") depending on how it is implemented. That includes oerkkis, dungeon masters, and rats from the legacy version.
