FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Downloaded the latest version. Found that several blocks were appearing to be labeled wrong in the inventory on creator mode. Also found this true on survivor mode. Had to use the wrong block in inventory to place the right one in hand to use it. Looking for solutions. System OS is windows vista. Did not have this problem with version 3.1.

Are the descriptions or the textures wrong?

First, it's version 0.3.1. Second, I don't understand what's the exact problem you're having; are there graphics glitches?
