How can i prevent disappearing items making me build a terrible house??

Locally, or on a server?

If on a server, and you're the only one with this problem, it's probably your internet connection. Otherwise, tell the server owner.

Check your ping to the server you're playing on.
Also, if (by any chance) you're in Russia and are using usb modem, then you can try to disable TCP package checking. That'll reduce lags but... read about consequences first.

Maybe you have some mod that's lagging you locally. For example, MOBF is (was?) known to do that.
