Blocks after set missing..after 2-3sec they spawning

Hey,
i have the problem, that if set or remove blocks, they are a short time away, and spawn then. For delete deleted blocks, i need to destroy it 2-3x.
In server and singleplayer mode...

Cheat prevention is causing this. In singleplayer, open chat with T and type this:
Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

On Multiplayer it doesnt work, befor i try, i know that i need permissions from server for that...
can i change grafic or somelink this, to killing this f* bug?^^

Ask the server admin to type this command:
