Solved - Default Doors Will Not Open in Recent Daily Builds

Please delete this post or maybe keep it if it helps clarify things for other players who may be upgrading from an older version of Minetest.
Something I've noticed in the recent daily build of Minetest (as of 2013_02_07, Minetest 0.4.4-d1 and minetest-game, from Github, compiled in Ubuntu Linux) is the default doors will not open after being placed. They work fine in the official 0.4.4 stable build.
Found the problem, or actually the change that was made:

The function has been switched from left-clicking to right-clicking.
