As for runtime libraries - it's C++ redist in most cases

This only occurs in a debug builds. The normal builds dont do tests at startup.

I meant that almost any program that gives a error like "Runtime requested to close this program in an unusual way" wants some C++ redistributable library to be installed/be of a newer version.
But tests are truly the result of debug version - never have argued that ;)
