Run over Water, and jump 2 blocks high [0.4.5]

im not shure if that is a bug or a feature but in the 0.4.5 version i can run over the water (and under the water).
if i holding the spacebar while running over water i can jump 2 blocks high!

im realy not shure if that is a bug or a feature, but i cant find that in the Changelog

You can use fast mode in water now (slightly slower than in air), that's a feature, not a bug.

If you start from under the surface, you can jump way more than 2 nodes. And this also applies to ladders and other climbable nodes. I think it's stupid and should be fixed.

you can fix it but adding
